Thank you to all of you who completed the survey we sent out recently! We want to take a moment to respond to some of the answers that we received.
Many of you said cost is an issue that prevents you from becoming a patient in our practice, and we wanted to let you know that you can know apply for a 15-month interest free credit card to help pay for the services at our practice. Please look for the Advance Care link on our website. We are also partnering with AmeriCu Credit Union with special financing options. Please reach out to us if you would like more information. We also have recently added several new types of New Patient visits that start at $550 for the initial visit. Please reach out to us and let us know what your needs are, and we can find the appointment that best fits you.
Non-patients can now come to our practice for general wellness infusions without becoming a patient. There is a medical form to complete that needs to be reviewed by a practitioner for a one time $25 fee. If you need more complex infusions for treatment of a disease process, you will only need an infusion consult, which ranges from $550 - $585.
We have recently expanded the practice to see patients 9 years of age and up, added Prevention and Wellness visits, and Well Women visits including gyn care.
Patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes or are at risk of developing diabetes can see our nurse practitioner to help manage your diabetes, or can see one of our health coaches to learn ways to eat better to help control your diabetes. Our team of health coaches can also help with weight loss and customizing wellness plans, including meal planning, to best meet your needs.
Some of you indicated you would like shorter visits offered rather than our traditional 30-minute and 60-minute follow ups. Did you know IM of CNY offers 15-minute focused phone call visits with our practitioners to address a specific concern or situation you are experiencing?
