Many people reach for a soda when they are looking for something different to drink without realizing how much of a negative impact it can have on their body. From weakening your bones and teeth to impaired brain function, this graphic shows some of the many hidden dangers in that seemingly innocent glass of soda.
Soda is often advertised as a good drink to quench your thirst, but this is generally not the case since the caffeine in most soda increases urination, which does not help keep you hydrated. Many people don’t realize that there are a lot of other healthier alternatives to typical soda. Its also important to look at the labels of products that are “said” to be healthy because they might still be loaded with unhealthy ingredients.

Unsweetened Tea with Stevia
Zevia
Hint Water
So, before you open that next bottle of soda, think about the ill effects it will have on your body, and decide if it’s really worth it.
